Location
Memorial Park Bandshell

Nestled in the heart of historic downtown Port Hope, Memorial Park Bandshell is just steps from charming shops, restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful Ganaraska River. Whether you’re visiting for the day or making a weekend of it, getting here is easy.
Coming from the West (Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Hamilton)
- Follow Highway 401 East toward Kingston.
- Take Exit 461 (County Road 28 / Port Hope).
- Turn left (north) onto County Road 28.
- Continue north for approximately 6 km (4 mi) into downtown Port Hope.
- Turn right onto Ontario Street, then follow signs to Memorial Park Bandshell.
- Public parking is available throughout downtown within a short walk of the festival grounds.
Approximate travel times:
- Oshawa – 40 minutes
- Toronto – 1½ hours
- Mississauga – 1 hour 45 minutes
- Hamilton – 2 hours
Coming from the East (Belleville, Kingston, Ottawa, Montréal)
- Follow Highway 401 West toward Toronto.
- Take Exit 461 (County Road 28 / Port Hope).

Flying In
The closest major airports are:
- Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) – approximately 1½ hours by car.
- Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) – approximately 1½ hours by car.
From either airport you can:
- Rent a vehicle
- Take the UP Express to Union Station (from Pearson), then connect with VIA Rail to Port Hope
- Arrange a shuttle or taxi service
VIA Rail
Traveling by train? VIA Rail Port Hope Station is only a few minutes from downtown, making it one of the easiest ways to reach the festival from Toronto, Oshawa, Kingston, Belleville, Ottawa, and Montréal. From the station, you can:
- Walk (approximately 15–20 minutes)
Parking:
A variety of municipal parking lots and on-street parking are available within a short walk of Memorial Park. Downtown Port Hope offers over 350 public parking spaces, including accessible parking and EV charging in select locations.
Uber and Lyft availability in Port Hope can be limited, so we recommend planning accordingly booking return rides in advance where possible.
